A credit/debit card on file is required to hold your appointment. This card is only used to hold your appointment or can be used when checking out for your service. However, Skin Therapy by. Erica K. requires 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Late cancellations/reschedules may result in a fee of $25. No-shows may result in a fee of $50. I understand emergencies exist and there are exceptions to this policy up to my discretion. Multiple last minute cancellations may result in being required to pre-payment for future services booked. If you arrive late to your appointment your service may need to be rescheduled and a $25 late fee will apply. This allows me to service each client properly and respect each other’s time.

If you have the Vagaro app you are able to check in through the app and the app will notify Erica that you have arrived and will send a notification to you when she is ready for you. If you do not have the app, after you’ve parked stay in your car and message her that you have arrived and she will let you know ehen to come in. The door to the studio remains locked as there is no receptionist on duty. This is for the safety of everyone in the studio.

The studio is located at the Hayford building. It’s a gray and white building with two big windows. It is on the left side of 2nd street just past Market Street right before Main Street.

Across the street from the studio is The Law Offices 301, guests are welcome to park there at any spot with a black and white parking block. There is also side street metered parking on the left side of 2nd street, as well as parking in the back. Any of the spots in the back that say "Wichita Rentals" guests are welcome to park at.

Because of the nature of the services and Erica being the only professional in the building, no extra people are allowed to come to your appointment with you unless you are a minor being accompanied by your parent or guardian. This allows Erica to provide the client with a quality experience and lessens the risk of liability.
